OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: Lots of chaise lounges and chairs, a picnic table for 6, an outdoor charcoal park grill, your own private pool, a pool box with floats, etc … and hot tub, and even a fire pit….you can get firewood locally.

BEACH: Beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler you can take to the beach, sand toys, umbrellas and umbrella holders (we have plastic pipes that you can pound into the sand with provided 4×4’s to hold the umbrella up). We do provide Beach Towels!

KITCHEN: Paper towels, dishwashing soap, dishwasher tabs for the whole week and for the sink, a sponge, a dishcloth,  dish towels, & trash can liners for the whole week. We have sharp knives, and plenty of pots, pans, casserole dishes, as well a toaster, blender, waffle maker, a small crock pot and 2 coffee pots with coffee filters….and we have a Keurig coffee maker (you can get k-cups at the Piggly Wiggly Express on the island). 

BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms are king bed masters with private baths. The third bedroom is a queen , and the fourth bedroom has 2 extra long twins. The queen and twin bedrooms share a bath.

BATHROOMS: 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom (you will need to buy more after arrival), soap, towels & bath mats. There are hair dryers in all the bathrooms. 

OFFICE: Gosh, I hope you do not have to work while you are at Seaview! But if you do, we do have a small office with a desk for your computer, a lamp, and free wireless internet.

TELEVISIONS: All Bedrooms and Living room have Smart TVs.  Living Room TV. Does have LG channels, Netflix, Prime, and Max. The bedroom tv’s have a Fire Stick…so bring your favorite streaming password to install if you wish.

FOR THE KIDS: … 2 safety gates and children’s games and books..  Pool box in pool area has lots of pool toys. Chairs closet has lots of sand toys.

FOR THE ADULTS:  Books, travel magazines, games, Living room TV with LG   channels, Netflix and MAX..  Sometimes Amazon Video
